Treating back pain can vary depending on the severity of the pain you are feeling. However, here is no "magic bullet" on how to solve this problem. Another treatment for this back problem is the heat application. The application of heat packs on the sore area can help in easing the discomfort that is usually associated with such muscle spasm that causes this problem. In this case, the patient can either use a heating pad, a hot water bottle or even a hot bath in order to help in easing the muscle discomforts.
And lastly, exercising helps in strengthening the back muscles which is probably the most important step in treating most of the back pain problem. Doing this could mean strengthening and making your back muscles more flexible wherein your weight is evenly distributed and at the same time less force is actually placed on the spine itself.
